Blessed Journey

Post title sepatutnya pengalaman kurang menyenangkan ketika menginap di Merdeka Palace Hotel Kuching. Jadi saya akan ceritakan pengalamannya. Kami ada disini sebab ada trainning dan management bagi tempat penginapan juga di tempat yang sama. Teruja sebenarnya sebab dapat menginap di hotel yang Gah serta mewah ini. Rating hotel 4 star. Tapi boleh refer di laman web  http://www.merdekapalace.com untuk confirmation. Check in lewat mlm sebab slps waktu bkerja baru kami drive ke Kuching. Disambut oleh gadis cilik di kaunter receptionist. Ada dua kumpulan, kumpulan pertama awal satu jam tiba. Dan roomate sy dh sampai. Tinggal sy dan 3 org lg yg perlu checkin ambil kad akses.  Pergilah ke nombor yg tertera di sampul putih Room No. 213. Agak suram suasana lorong sbb lampunya jenis lampu kuning malap. Macam ada rasa semacam jak. Serius! Dh jumpa bilik.. NO. 213 msukkn kad. Tp lampu merah (access denied) tombol xboleh buka. Heran. Coba lagi dan lagi. Iktiar siap tekan bell pintu bharap ...

Today....me and sis hunt for Baskin Robbins's aiscream...yeaa... now,kuching ppl have a variety choices of aiscreams and cakes!! Kuching-ian only heard and see BR's ad over television and on air...and its finally here at City One Megamall, Jln Song. Bukan nak act sakai or jakun post benda ni kat blogger.... why not post something that might give an information especially for those whose in Sarawak but far from Kuching...Lagipun they (BR) havent update their website ooo....so lame.buktinya dibawah: Me and sis have to queue to make an order...tak lama la sangat...kira2 20 minute? So, bila tiba giliran nak order pulak...mata jadi rambang...hahaha. xtau nak order flavour apa..banyak sangat pilihan!! Bagi kekawan yang belum pernah pergi and tak tau camna nak order, sy bagi sikit tip la..... 1. Pilih nak Regular or Junior cup 2. Pilih flavour. boleh pilih sampai 3 scoop flavour pilihan anda 3. Pilih topping (toppingnya dekat dengan kaunter pembayaran) 4. Bayar and ready for...

Luckily we visit Logos Hope on saturday...otherwise we will make a long line on Sunday... Logos Hope is a World's largest Floating Book Fair. Currently settle in Kuching from 28 October 2011 until 13 November 2011 (correct me if im wrong)...:D This is my first time visiting Logos ship as this is the first time also for Logos Hope too. Ive visit Doulos Ship last 2 years (i think so la)...and that was the last visit for Doulos coz the ship is too old to continue the journey. And now,Doulos replace by Logos Hope.  i bought some books coz its soo crazy cheap! better u check it out la... Heres some of the picture...hope you enjoy it.  And for Kuching folk,dont forget to drop by ya!!

Bubur Tasak is Iban language mean CENDOL / BUBUR CHA-CHA dalam Bahasa Malaysia. Pada perayaan menyambut hari Ibu, kami sekeluarga went to mom's kampong at serian (Kpg Merang) to celebrate the day with our grandma and aunt... we reach there early that we get to see our grandma do the traditional bubur tasak. Pertama kali tengok proses membuat Bubur Tasak. Hehe  Well,frankly speaking...we are not born in the kampong and not live in the kampong...for sure la we dont even know about this. Me and my sis lendingvour hand to help...and it is not a easy job..sakit juga tangan o! i dont really know the ingredient but for sure they are using RICE. Bubur tasak one of the main dishes for them...in the 60s and 70s you cant expect to have 'great-great' food such as KFC etc....seeing how they do and tasted it....it make me appreciate the hard work.   Sedikit gambar yang dpt dirakam...not the whole process...maybe someday i will write an entry how to make...

A very anointing prayer rally i ever attend in Kuching... Really touch me when people of God from all over Kuching coming together in prayer I believe there will a big revival in Sarawak and in coming State Election Amen!
